She has served in both the Signal Corps and Presidential Security Group, and led Covid-19 pandemic response operations. Internationally recognized as 2023 Global Cybersecurity Woman Leader of the Year, she champions "Cyber for Peace" initiatives. A Certified Ethical Hacker and advocate for women in security, she balances military excellence with cybersecurity innovation.

Information Technology Officer III, Bangsamoro Transition AuthorityMohammad Nizhar A. Acmad is a licensed Electronics Engineer and Electronics Technician. He was a Second Placer in the Electronics Technician Board Exam last October 2014. He finished his Master’s Degree in Electronics Engineering from the Ateneo de Manila University with a research study at Scuola Superiore Sant’Anna in Pisa, Italy. He also finished his Executive Course in Cybersecurity from the Asian Institute of Management in Makati City. Engr. Acmad was a former lecturer and researcher at the Ateneo de Manila University before entering the Parliament. Engr. Acmad was also awarded as one of the 2019 Most Outstanding Cotabateños for his contributions as an engineer and a youth leader. He represented the Philippines at numerous international conferences, such as the Initiative for Peace Conference in Hong Kong, the Global Youth Leaders’ Summit in Singapore, and the International Conference on Cohesive Societies in Singapore. Recently, Engr. Acmad won Second Place in the Peace Innovation Speak-Up at the esteemed Japan International Youth Innovation Summit 2024, held in Tokyo, Japan, last April 19, 2024.

Edison was also the Vice President for Information and Communication Technology (ICT) of Makati Medical Center. He lead the migrations of these two tertiary hospitals from its' legacy billing systems to a real hospital information systems (HIS). He has 29 years work experience in Information Technology, Information Systems Audit and Internal Audit. He earned a BSC Business Management degree from De La Salle University, Manila. He is also a Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA) by ISACA, Manila Chapter.
